- Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.
- During peak periods or holidays, processing may take longer.
3. Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 3-5 days, starting from RM10.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery in 1-3 days, starting from RM20.
- Free shipping is available for orders over RM300.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
4. Delivery Time
- Domestic Orders: Estimated delivery in 3-7 business days.
- International Orders: Estimated delivery in 15-60 business days, depending on customs and local postal services.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs delays, or carrier issues.
