- Orders can be canceled within 48 hours/2 days of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped.

- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return the item in accordance with our Refund Policy (see Section 2).
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds:
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- The wrong item was shipped to you.
- The product does not match the description on our website.
To be eligible for a refund:
- Requests must be submitted within 5 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
2.2 Non-Refundable Items:
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Products that have been used, damaged due to misuse, or altered.
- Custom-made or personalized items, unless defective.
- Sale or clearance items, unless defective.
2.3 Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges.
